Surgery will do anything to be the best at her job, even if that means cutting a lot of corners to do so. Often her work is messy and sporadic, but once she has a 'perfect' test subject, she'll put all her time and effort into them. Those that survive her tests, get to continue toward more until their inevitable demise, which usually takes a while.
