Cora

Cora is a guardian spirit Jellywisp, protector of the Spectral Reef where drowned souls wait to be escorted to the afterlife. She initially brought the reef into prominence by ousting the problematic Phantom Parasites, which would sap the energy of any soul foolish enough to wander to the area. After a while, however, spirits began to disappear or not come to the reef at all, and the once glowing corals began to wither. Cora set out, begrudgingly teaming up with the last remaining parasite Angie, to figure out what was going on.

Cora has psychic abilities, able to use her accompanying wisps to move large objects and use the currents of the water to her advantage.
