INDEPTH: Halo is not one for personal attachments, blind loyalty, social conventions, or being nice in general. There's more things Halo hates than they like. Part of this is their intelligence; they see themself as above others. They are dedicated to their job as a doctor and pride themself on being the best. When they get an idea, they are not easily dissuaded and will defend their ideas with vicious mockery. They have been run out of no less than seven places for their rude attitude and refusal to respect their superiors.

Before hatching: Halo's parents were first circle and second circle. They served under Queen Glacier before the Sandwing war of succession. Halo hatched before the war.

Hatchling: As soon as Halo learned to read, they always had a book on them. They liked mostly medicine and anatomy books. Whenever a dragon complained of something, Halo was there with their anatomy books condescendingly explaining what illness the other dragon had.

Dragonet: As a young dragonet, Halo was apprenticed by the royal icewing physician. this is when they learned most of what they learned about medicine. They had a love-hate relationship with their mentor because while Halo did love learning medicine for real, they viewed their teacher as slow and indecisive.

Adult: Halo became the royal icewing physician and was high in the second circle, but was never promoted to first circle because of their attitude. They refuse to bow or treat higher ranking dragons with respect and so they are hated by other dragons. Halo has a few friends who cover for them. One day they were treating a princess's mysterious illness and she ended up dying. They disrespected the queen because they were upset about losing their patient. The queen sent a few guards to take Halo to prison for a few weeks until they learned their lesson. Halo whacked the guards with his stick and the guard who already hated them blasted frostbreath on Halo's back right leg and chased him from the palace. Halo flew south until they fell from the sky in pain. They woke up in a small city, where a doctor had treated his leg and removed the dead tissue. Halo continued to practice medicine in this city until he was driven out of the ice kingdom.
