VStaro 2

VStaro 1 and VStaro 2 are a crack mecernary duo, husband and wife.

VStaro 1 is from House Envy, and VStaro 2 is from House Lust. They gave up their true names in favor of sharing "VStaro" as a declaration of how well they work together, insofar as they have figuratively become "one entity." They've been scouted repeatedly by House Wrath, but so far, they still prefer to work independently. It's very rare for anyone outside of House Wrath to be tasked with any type of anything that involves violence, but they've actually positioned themselves in a very lucrative position. House Wrath turns down certain jobs, as their main purpose is protection of the Black City, and if something is too far off that track, they won't be able to take it, even if they desire to, due to their binding to ptorecting the City. 

General Bael and her wife, Ayda Belle, employ the Vstaros repeatedly, for things they and their forces cannot take, but that they agree needs to be dealt with, like people who terrorize individuals, gangs, and rogue angels that snuck in but don't provide enough of a threat to be considered a threat to the City.

The Vstaros have the biggest arsenal aside from House Wrath itself, because they have to arm a whole contingency. These two just have. MANY guns.
