Big wisteria saber cat - a mundi felidae that grew large and brilliant from locals worshipping it.
Because of the nature of the heavy bejeweled branches, the saber can no longer hunt and run like it use too.
Instead animals / people will come to it and lay down their lives. Usually elderly or sick.
But to feed the big wisteria saber, it relies on this compassion and worship.
Everytime it eats it it will grow the beautiful wisteria like flowers you see on the branches - these flowers are potent pure magic to be used in spells/potions/crafting.
So many people will travel and trade with the saber - literally life and death.
Of course there are bounties on the big cat as well, not everyone considers them a blessing but a taxing curse.
Those bejeweled branches must be worth a king's fortune if anyone could render it from the saber's body.
But overall the locals protect and keep the territory safe for the big tree cat
