In the beginning there was nothing but a great cosmic egg. It then exploded and the universe, Astron, was born.

Astron *is* the universe and creator of planets, stars and gods. His physical body is a dragonshaped, 3 dimensional window into his very being. He loves all of his creations but he can't take care of everything at once, so he created the gods and some spirits to help him look after and populate his favorite planet: "earth"

He first created the sun and the moon and their gods, to illuminate and warm the planet as well as give it a day and night cycle. He then went along and created gods and spirits to help manage the different concepts, seasons, elements, taking care of mortals and so on. In the beginning, all was good in the world. But one deity. beelzeboss, god of hell and punishment after death, enjoyed torturing mortals a bit too much...Instead of only punishing those who ended up in his realm, he actively tempted mortals into doing bad things or selling their soul to him so he could torture them once they died. Astron was concerned about this, but didn't want to hurt or worse, destroy his creations. He gave Beelzeboss various warnings that he would be struck down from the ethereal plane if he didn't stop but before it could escelate further, Aurora, goddess of magic and guardian of the tundra and dreams, suddenly retaliated onto her people (the snowdragons) and commited genocide as well as turning her mortal lover into a monstrous demon. Seeing so many mortal lives destroyed at once by one of his children greatly upset Astron and he questioned how Aurora could be so heartless to destroy the people she had created with so much love. When she heard this, she became furious, saying that Astron cared more about the puny insignificant mortals that inhabitet his favorite planet than he care about his children, the gods. That it wasn't right that they were the ones serving mortals and taking care of them, the mortals should be the ones serving the gods without questioning or betrayal. Several divine angels of different gods agreed with this sentiment but most of them disagreed as well as their gods. A fight was at risk of breaking out so with great pain, Astron cast down Aurora and her followers to earth and limited their power. He also changed Aurora's true form to appear as a snowdragon, so she would remember the people she destroyed. At first he had hoped that being forced to interact with mortals on their plane would cause her to change her mind and repent. But instead she only grew more bitter and her powers corrupted into dark magic and she abandoned the tundra, creating monsters everywhere she went. Her followers, tuned into Aurora's magic, also became corrupt and helped their mistress to cause havoc everywhere. Astron didn't immediately notice the things she was doing but he did feel it when she created crom, the leviathan. He sealed more of her magic away before leaving her be, once again hoping she would learn. She then created some more minor monsters without him noticing before creating Thorn. She was slow in his buildup so she went unnoticed until Thorn's behemoth powers were suddenly activated after she pushed thorn to his limits in a magic surge that alerted Astron. He added another seal to her magic and then sealed her in a deep cave on the island where thorn resided. She could still leave the cave, but her magic energy would be very limited once she left the safety of said cave. She was no longer able to create giant powerful monsters. She was however able to provide Grin, a mortal dragon abused by humans, the power to take revenge on his captors and escape. It's the only time she showed pity towards an innocent mortal and helped one post fall so Astron allowed it...even if he didnt agree with the way she had gone about it. As for Beelzeboss, he didn't want to cast him down as well. So instead he fused him with his brothers Warden (God of Limbo and Judgement after death) and Morgan (God of Bliss and heaven) and made it so he wasn't able to seperate from his brothers without having his magic energy severely limited soon after doing so. Unbeknownst to Astron, Boss still holds a grudge against Aurora for stealing his spotlight as the fear of mortals and is plotting revenge on her. With Aurora gone, he needed a new deity to look after the element of light magic.. One day he was alerted by a strong surge of magic energy on earth and learned it was coming from a mortal called milo, a fruit bat...hmmm...

Astron, like all deities in my world, is able to be killed. It will take a lot of effort and magic weapons but in the end, he can die. If this were to happen, a giant black hole would come into existence and consume all that exists including Astron and the other gods. It will then turn into a cosmic egg..and explode, Astron born anew and different, his memories wiped, the universe reset..

There are some mortals that persue this goal. The other deities (including rorie and boss) think these people are idiots but Astron is just sad. He is the father of everything and would rather just for his creations to be happy and get along.
