Niles comes off as a very laid back and nonchalant person, often appearing as no more than another passerby to those unsuspecting. He is actually rather astute, always scheming and finding ways to get ahead without raising suspicion. While he is kind hearted and ultimately aims for good, he can be very deceitful in his methods, as long as the end goal of his plans are met. Overall, Niles' ultimate goal is to once again walk the path to becoming Elden Lord, righting the wrongs of his original journey, and sparing any individuals he can in his attempt to take the throne and better the Lands Between.
