Xavier (Akira) Stone
Overview
Next successor of the Guardian Byako in Metro under Shichirou Nekomata’s teachings. Grew up in D8 Metro, living with his grandmother making ends meet by joining illegal fighting arenas to make money. His life takes a turn for the worse when his grandmother is found dead in their house, the culprit: a mysterious antihero who frames Akira for his own death. While a threat, Akira takes on Norako as he is called to the scene, eventually leading to Norako’s paralysis that turns to him gaining the power of the Byako. This intrigues Norako enough to pick Akira as the next Byako, which helps Akira further investigate the person he is searching for.
Now as the successor, Akira has to train harder than he ever has had to show everyone that he can be the Byakko. Many people in AGENCY are resistant to accepting him as on of their own, and many still look down at him for “killing” a member of AGENCY. Even though Akira could care less about proving himself to others, he knows it’s in his best interest to do so.
I didn't come here to prove whether or not I'm innocent of the murder, I came here to prove to myself what I can do.

Demeanor
In his spare time he likes to dance, specifically breakdancing. When he has free time, he likes to look up some dances and tries his best to learn them. He has gotten really good at it, some will tell you that he should have been a dancer and not a hero.In person if you ask him, Akira will straight up deny his love for dancing. At parties however, he may break out some moves for the shock factor (usually he’ll do this because he’s drunk). The next day if you ask him about it, he will look at you funny and walk away.
Normally he is very quiet, acting much more calculated than anything else. When it comes to team building/communication, Akira acts very resistant to the thought of it. In friendly communication he can be difficult to talk to unless he knows you, but he acts completely different on missions. He takes the role of leader if no one is already assigned the role. He takes charge and listens to others and communicates efficiently. In truth, Akira is excellent at communication, but due to his demeanor he chooses to not act on it. His communication skills only show in full when they are absolutely necessary, otherwise he doesn’t talk much.
To many people, Akira seems very cold and harsh, and he is able to keep up this attitude in front of people. He isn't a "people person" and would rather hang out on his own or be with a few close friends. Once friends though, he will slowly open up, and then you can start to get an idea of who he really is. He can be lots of fun to be around if he trusts everyone near him.

Design notes
- His dreads are always tied back in a ponytail unless he is at home. They can be lightened at the top, but they tend to just be a single color (excluding in Aftermath:HoD where his dreads are bleached at the top)
- The scar on his check is only after Arc 3:Gladiator's Arena. If you choose to add the scar make sure you know other changes that happen after. His demeanor, style of clothing, and apperance all change slightly. (Ref sheets coming...)
- He can be wearing anything you would like, but keep in mind his choice of clothing. He tends to wear comfortable street wear if he is not on duty. On duty, his uniform changes throughout, but they too are of that comfort feel, while also being protective and secure.
- Up until Arc III, in his uniform Akira will be wearing gloves and at least one of his arms will be covered with a conductant. This is because he has difficulty controlling his electricity, so the gloves and sleeves are there to help him communicate and help out citizens he may encounter on patrol.
- In a very emotional state, his eyes may start to glow and electricity starts to run all round him. This electric current and any electricity of his glows brightly with blue undertones. In a rage/frenzy even electrtiity can be seen through his veins/body. After he calms down, some 'smoke' may come off his hair after being slightly 'fried' from all of the energy.

Skills & abilities
Electric Manipulation
Any electical energy that is around him can be used by him to hit critical blows on enemies. He has good control if he keeps a cool head, and can aim and send specific amounts of electricity at will. In some cases, this ability can become very unstable if overused, and he can potentially affect himself and others around. In worst case scenarios, Akira can start to damage his own cells, causing burns to show up (starts typically on his hands, but may progress to other major parts of his body depending on the severity of the usage). This ability grows in power with a large souce of electricity (thunderstorms), but can be weakened with conductants of electicity (rubber, some metal rooms).
Molecular Change:Electricity
Akira's body actually is composed of atoms and cells that have mutated to act as electricity. This allwos him to "disappear" at will if he over charges his body's cells to act as electricity molecules. In many instances, touching him can cause you to get shocked accidientally, nothing fatal, but if he intends for you to get shocked that can be very dangerous for a non soul user to deflect. This also gives him his iconic "super speed", where he can travel as fast as electiricity (300 million m/sec); NOTE: his speed ability is a hit or miss, as trying to go a level speed while also maintaining form is very difficult for him to keep up.
Electromagnatism
An ability that does not come to him at fisrt, rathor obtained after an immense time training. Akira can be able to work with other electric objects/user, in which he can create electromagnetic waves. This can be used for simple tasks such as changing the radio or television rays, but can be used to prodice deadly UV, X-ray, or Gamma rays. It does take another skilled or powerful objetct/user to make these waves with, as Akira could potentially herm someone who is not as his caliber. NOTE: In Aftermath:HoD, once Akira obtains the power of the Byakko, he can also willingly control metalic/ magnectic objects.
Norako took Akira under his wing after his unjustified arrest. Akira was and always be greatful for what he has done for him, but Akira also wishes to keep these feelings hidden, for what reason people can only guess. Maybe he still thinks Norako only picked him because he "lost" (if you can even call it) thier first fight. Norako stll insists that it was a joke though.
In reality the both of them seem like the unlikly duo, and many fans of Norako question his decision, but that does not deffer from the fact that they do make a great pair. Even with Akira's distant-like relationsip with Norako, he will always listen to his mentor because he knows that he is looking out for him.
