Callisto

Summary:

Callisto is a risk-taking space pirate. He's a trickster at heart, and is very similar to Robin Hood. He loves to travel the universe, and is a wanted outlaw on many planets due to his fight for justice, equality, and peace. He often gets into serious trouble, but loves the thrill it brings.

Origin:

Callisto was always interested in life away from his home planet. Born on a planet with little freedoms and strict regulations, Cal wasn't allowed to voice his desires of living amongst the cosmos. As soon as he was of age, he trained to become a space cadet for his planet's military. There, he found a group of rebels who took him in and taught him about the corruption on their home planet. They eventually escaped, but many of Callisto's crewmates were killed in a fight with bandits against their cause. Callisto then went on to eventually become the captain of his own ship and recruit other resistance fighters to help further their cause and spread their message of peace and freedom.

Design:

Callisto was originally created by Koidei on Furry Amino, but was given a major redesign by deerbats on twitter, who used the original design as a reference. I helped oversee the process of the redesign, but much of it was artistic liberty.
