Centie the Wolf

A lost wolf who lives in the Sonic Universe that has abilities to blow stuff away like the wind, and is able to withstand temperatures high and low. He wanders around everywhere like an explorer and has his own personal tent and equipment to keep him surviving in the wild. He's rarely seen by anybody, if they did then it will make his day.
