Toyvee is a strange and unique Pokemon made out of toy building blocks. It looks and sounds similar to an Eevee, but it is likely that Toyvee is more closely related to Banette. It was once a block toy whose owner grew up and left it behind. Possessed and brought to life by loneliness, Toyvee seeks out a new friend.

Toyvee is very rare; it may be the only one of its kind. It seems to wander as it pleases, never staying in one place for long. However, it can be found in places close to children. Daycares, playgrounds, toy stores, and the like. Toyvee hides itself among other toys and waits for a child to come play with it. It loves children and will play with them very nicely. Toyvee is very aggressive towards adults, however. If an adult touches Toyvee, it will hit and pinch them with its block body. If further disturbed, Toyvee will use ghostly moves against the bothersome adult. Toyvee also does not play well with other Pokemon. It will get agitated when approached by other Pokemon, and will sometimes attack other children's Pokemon out of jealousy. All of these factors turn Toyvee into a very lonely Pokemon.
