Whiplash

Whiplash is the second member of Shock Value. She's got a smug and cocky attitude on the surface, but lying underneath the surface is an extremely calculated and sadistic individual. She has the most experience riding a motorcycle compared to the other two members. Her weapon is a slightly modified version of her contest entry - an electrical whip. It generates electricity at all times, but the strength of the electricity it gives off can be intensified. Her favorite thing to do with this is to grab objects or people (the latter is preferred) and shock them until they get third degree burns.
