Celeste

Celeste is an angelic deer. The bell on her scarf rings every time someone with a pure heart makes a wish. Celeste doesn't speak, but is often sad by either the lack of rings her bell gets (due to the world lacking pure hearts), or the desperation those with pure hearts have within their wish.
