| A fellow researcher from another country, Esmeralda came to the Country Dragon Ball is set in back in 685 to study abroad and ended up in the same University as Android 21 and Dr Gero where she met the love of her life and eventually began a relationship with her. Eventually the Red Ribbon army was formed as a group of radicals and began recruiting many scientists to their ranks, including Gero and 21. Esmeralda attempted to convince the two to defect, but before she could succeed she was murdered, and her death was pinned on the enemies of the Red Ribbon army, which only fueled Gero and 21 to continue to create Androids for the army. Eventually Gero and 21 began a marriage for the sake of public appearance and had a son, neither realizing that their employers were the ones who got rid of Esmeralda.
Eventually after the events of FighterZ, a surviving 21 found where the Red Ribbon army had stored Esmeralda's body and rebuilt her as an Android, fearing that her lover wouldnt have any memories of her human life, she never resurrected her until eventually 600 years later, an amnesiac clone of Android 21 found and activated her, finally reuniting the two lovers in a way. They then began a journey to turn the Red Ribbon army into a force for good, renaming it the Red Ribbon foundation. |
A fun loving quirky woman that grew up as a child prodigy in a latin country. Very eccentric and flirty, she spent a lot of time teasing those who showed an interest in her, while still remaining loyal to her girlfriend, Android 21.
