a good penguin-themed jietal as a part of the first christmas batch!
he's an arctic researcher who specializes in animal care. his fur is short but very dense, much like a penguin's, so he's able to swim and keep warm without extensive gear. he has a pet kaotanian polar bear (will update with official name when mounts are released!)
