furrekiss are often domesticated pet-like pokemon that are hardly spotted in the wild. they are rare and often prized for their soft, luxurious coats and delicate structure. they are smart, they have a knack for picking up commands and are extremely obedient by nature. furrekiss are calm pokemon that value cleanliness and will preen/groom often, but do need to be bathed frequently for the health of their coats.

they have a knack for finding objects, lost items, toys, and other belongings and being able to miraculously return them to their owners!

they are kind pokemon and make good housepets and companions, some offering assistance with jobs such as carrying objects, home-sitting, or just being little buddies there for cuddles and warmth. their overall soft demeanor means these pokemon don't often last in the wild due to their pampered nature. despite their fierce togekiss and furret ancestors, these hybrids startle very easily and wilt under extreme stress or fear. 

they are ideal pets but need a lot of care and attention, as they can often pass from loneliness, or households full of stress (fighting, loud noises) leading to premature deaths in otherwise healthy and long-living pokemon. 

- they love to roll around and enjoy belly pets!
- texture is a mix of downy feathers & fur (they are very soft)
- with an almost wyvern-like body type, they can hug and grab with their hands on their wings or alternatively use them to walk and climb. they are able to do this because their long tail allows them to balance when standing up!
- they shed often, you may find feathers or fur everywhere..
- loves to coddle and nuture eggs or egg-like objects (whether they are going to hatch or not!)
- very protective of their "nest" (usually soft household items like blankets, pillows, plushies) but anyone they are close to may often share their sacred space!
- i like to think they run around like little raptors
- regular color variants often take after typical togekiss & furret, with creams, browns, reds, whites, and blues. shiny color variants opt for cream and a pale pastel pink, and are easily spotted
