Boots has incredibly powerful legs. He can leap high enough to scale a building, hop across the land at impressive speeds, and kick hard enough to knock the wind out of his foes. His namesake is his pair of platform boots. They do significant extra damage when he kicks at the cost of weighing him down a bit. But most importantly, they look good!
