o1 - Basics
Name: Rayquaza

Role: Lord of Dragons
- One of Hoenn's three ancient deities, long revered by the Draconids of old.
- From high amongst his perch at Sky Pillar, he keeps a watchful eye over the region, ready to protect it at a moment's notice.
- Attaining Mega Evolution through the wishes of the region, he can fly into space without the need to breathe oxygen. He can also create his own windstream, allowing for him to travel the world in a flash of light.
- Rayquaza often feels indebted to the region of Hoenn, and protects it as a way of thanking those who cared for him.
- Even if his counterparts start fights every other millenia, he will always be there to put an end to their childish fights.
o2 - Design
- All the black markings on his body glow a bright yellow when he attacks. This also applies to his eyes, which can glow a solid yellow.
- The tips of his hair can be a mint or white color, while his roots can be a darker green.
- His hair always seems to be windswept, or somewhat floating, like wind is constantly flowing through it.
- His top is a see-through sort of fabric, while his pants are a solid black. They are seperate pieces.
- His boots, and ear covers are of a hard material, similar to that of emerald, but opaque.

o4 - Trivia
- Rayquaza actually dislikes most normal food, prefering to eat meteorites instead. This will sometimes include Minior.
- Even if he is a powerful deity, Rayquaza dislikes being referred to formally. This was often the case when he interacted with the Draconids, often preferring to be friends rather than their deity.
- Despite this, the tribe still took care of him a great deal, and as such he cares deeply for their descendants. Zinnia is one of those descendants he enjoys interacting with.
- His robes were made by the Draconids, and as such he does his best to take great care of them.
- Outside of the Draconids, and some legendaries, Rayquaza can be quite awkward to interact with. He finds himself self concious of the way he speaks and trips over his words quite often. As such, it can take him awhile to warm up to a new person or trainer.
