Design Terms of Use
This is a work in progress and will change as I see fit without notification.
GENERAL
■ Anyone who has bought a design from me must follow these rules. If any of these rules are broken and you refuse to co-operate, you will be blacklisted.
■ For auctions, you are NOT allowed to retract your bid. On your first problematic transaction, you'll receive a simple verbal warning. The next time you back down from the auction you will be blacklisted and refused the opportunity to bid in the future. Only bid if you are sure you can pay your bidding.
DESIGN & ORBITS
■ You can make slight edits and changes. If you are unsure, you can always check by sending me a PM for comfirmation.
■ ORBITs mecha legs/limbs cannot be changed or altered. Repaints are ok!
RESELLING / TRADING
■ My designs can be traded / resold / gifted.
■ When transfering my design to someone you must state the reason and price accorded.
■ The adopt should only be resold for the same price it was obtained + commissioned art you spent money on.
■ If said adopt was obtained through a trade, it can only be traded away. You CAN NOT sell an adopt you received through a trade/gift.
╰ If you spent money in commissions, you can sell it for said commissions value only.
