A guy who moved from Canada to the USA around seventh grade. His parents started him late in kindergarten. No one knows the reason for his move, and he’s very secretive about it.

Has a strange voice and accent. It mostly came from him trying to imitate the mobster voice he’d see in old movies on television when he was younger and it stuck. People get sort of surprised when they hear him, since they usually expect a much softer voice.

He's a sucker for old 50s-60s music.

Doesn't really think before he speaks. Often says things he regrets later.

He always looked up to those cold and calculating characters in stuff so he tries to act like that himself. He's a complete failure in acting that way though.

He's a bit blunt and very stubborn at first, but if you know him for a long time he'll soften up a bit. Not to mention that he's a big ENTJ and is very talkative. Has a slight superiority complex. Would be interested in starting his own company one day. Good at arguing.

He's a very loyal person, though only to a select few people. Good at keeping secrets.

His favorite genre of movies are drama. Has a soft spot for slapstick and dirty comedies too. Likes sweet, sugary food. Especially ones that tastes like apples.

Very optimistic and hopeful. Not exactly cheery however.

Mostly wears warm-colored clothing or clothes with stripes on it. He has a red hat with a pom-pom on it that he wears often. 

Awful at waiting.

Likes movies and all that pop culture stuff, but not to extent of Joel though. Casually slides in a reference to something every now and then.

He's around 5'10". Left-handed. Has two moles on the side of his neck that he'd used to claim were vampire bites back in preschool.

Was always more of a cat person. His old neighbor's dog was very big and barked a lot, which terrified him as a kid.

Has a pretty close relationship with Joel. He liked him a lot, since he was the one of the only kids in his classes that gave him the time of day back in middle school. They started selling various kinds of merchandise together as children, which helped Neil gain an interest in business. The two eventually started dating.

In his mid-20s he made the decision to move out of his parent's house to live in an apartment with Joel. Also became a drummer for some weird Canadian indie lo-fi band for a while.

Is in his late 30s in Lisa and Kelly's story. Became a bit more financially stable and is a frequent customer to their retail store that is yet to be named.

Does have a tendency to do things on impulse, especially spending money. Easily influenced by others (except when it makes him turn against people he's fond of).

Has an alright relationship with his parents. They work a lot and he understands that they do need the money, but he still can't help but feel a bit lonely at home.
