Deekeek was born in a far off land as one of the many princes to the long standing King and Queen of the country. His plumage was by far the most vibrant and impressive out of the rest of the princes, which he took great pride in. As a young cock his parents had given him everything he desired, they taught him to dance, play music, paint, anything he asked they would find a way to provide it to him. One thing they could not steadily supply however was his intense curiosity for other intelligent creatures, he wanted to know everything he could and wanted to meet all sorts of different races from all sides of the world and possibly even beyond.

One day, Deekeek witnessed a traveling performer come to the court and play enchanting tunes for the family. She was from the other side of the world and was nothing like anything Deekeek had ever seen before. She was tall, slightly plump, had gorgeous wavy blonde hair she kept loosely tied up and she had impressively long ears. She also had no feathers nor a beak, which Deekeek knew was possible but had never seen it. With this performance Deekeek became infatuated with her, quickly he started practicing her same act and attempting to adopt the same art she had shared with his people. He expressed to his parents that he wished to share this newfound inspiration and his natural beauty and charms with the rest of the world. However, they immediately shut him down, telling him it was a silly dream and he would be disowned if he thought to chase something like that. Afterall, their beauty was not appreciated across the seas, nor did those folk deserve to see it. But Deekeek was set on this. So after a few more years he finally made the jump to leave his comfortable life to persue his dreams of aweing the world with his beauty and amazing art. He also hoped to meet his muse again to express his admiration for her work in full, and to see her perform again.
