Do not underestimate him, wether in shifter form (blue panda) or human form blue uses their cuteness to get exactly what the mission needs. Wether the mission means doing crime or helping someone Blue will always use cuteness to appear weak and than strike.
Although Blue does have some nice personality to him and loves flufyy blankets, rubber ducks and squishmallows. Blue is also relatively sassy though and will rarely listen to anyone. That has led to his 'friends' kidnapping him just to get him checked on. This also means that his 'friends' now need to get some bandages on them as blue will fight not go to the doctors.
He is great at fighting but loves to hack and leave his mark somewhere than a blood stained wall. So blue os oftern the one who gets information and uses it for the mission. He most definitely has blackmail on anyone he comes close to and probably has planned his 'friends' murder incase he needs it. Confidance is tricky for him as he has confidence in a mission but anything else and he doesn't.

Met on a mission and kinda just stared at eachother for a bit before they fought and tied in a battle both are now close friends and blue's friend he trusts the most. Both know eachothers identity from being friends in school. Have a banter with eachother and just insult eachother have minute of the day.
