Like a universal reset version of ghia, now a sailor in Morioh. His stand has drastic draw backs that causes a lot of his arms and parts of his face to be frostbitten. Becuase of the nature of his stand the frostbitten body parts don’t decay, they just look gross.

Doesn’t take shit from people and often can be found in bars, he’ll 100% Freeze people who piss him off.  

He has little to no control over his stand and it’s damaged his body greatly, he’s convinced no one wants to be around him and has developed a loner personality.

The most he can form of his stand are two arms. He wants to learn more about stands so he can kick who’s ever ass gave him the shitty one he’s stuck with.
