Design Terms of Use
CAN:
- Redesign, as long as I [ @OsteoCosmosis ] am credited for the original
- Resell/ trade/ gift/ etc
CANNOT:
- Use as an NFT/ base for NFTs/ etc [ NFT = Non Fungible Token ]
- Use for malicious intent [ ie: homophobia, racism, sexism, zoophilia/paedophilia, political propaganda, etc ]
1. My work and designs may NOT be used as NFT's, a base for NFT's, and as a whole will not have any association to NFT's,Crypto, etc.
2. You will NOT use my work or designs in relation to pedophilia/ lolicon/ shotacon, beastiality/ zoophilia, homophobia, racism, political themes, etc.
3. However, you can make NSFW works of the design, including but not limited to sexual themes, drug use, and gore, as long as it doesn't delve into the realm of point 2. I do not mind.
4. You can redesign to your liking once you own the character, including making them a different species entirely, as long as you credit me for the original, and do not remove the original from the profile, too. Even if it's hidden in another tab attached to the character.
5. You may resell/trade/gift my designs as much as you like, I don't mind. I hope it finds a good forever home eventually though <3.
Breaking point 1 or 2 will result in you being put on a blacklist and unable to obtain any more of my designs. 4 is more lenient, but repeated offenses will be blacklisted, too.
