Parker Peryton is your average Australian teenager. They go to school, try to make friends, and have crushes on girls. Everything every other kid their age is doing.

At least they were until they got bitten by a radioactive spider. A radioactive, venomous spider. (It's Australia. What did you expect?) What they thought was a particularly painful mosquito bite that would resolve itself in a few days turned into puffy arm-length mess that was starting to stretch to their face. Due to the circumstances of getting the bite (Seperating from their group during a field trip at Alchemex [Yes, spelt with an E]) they felt too ashamed to seek help from anyone, and their guardian Otto Octavious was too busy with his latest project for them to turn to him. So they decided to resolve the issue themself, but as soon as the makeshift tourniquet severed their fragile skin they regretted that decision.

They tried to go about life as they normally would. But trying to hide the fact you lost your dominant hand while studying engineering and socialising was a task they weren't exactly prepared for. Their grades began to plummet and the only person they ever talked to, (who just so happened to be the prettiest girl ever) MJ, started to get suspicious of their odd behaviour. So they ultimately decided to drop out of school.

Hiding their predicament from someone they share a house with was even harder and eventually Otto discovered their accident. He decided to combine helping them out with his latest project (which was brain-computer interfaces), developing them a Neuroprosthetic. A metal arm that was able to stretch great lengths and grab items. [WIP]
