Design Notes
- Mitsuo's tall, but his build is average. His skin is also a little tan.
- His eyes are intense - colored a bright cyan. He's usually seen grinning.
- His bleached, now light purple/lavander hair is decently long and straight. His bangs are uneven and slicked to the right. He also usually wears his hair by tying a little bit of it in a small bun on the right side.
- His uniform top of choice is an uniform sweatshirt.
History
It's not hard to see him smoking on school grounds because he just doesn't seem to comprehend that it's not allowed in school teritory no matter how old you are;
