Akumu

Akumu (悪夢) | ice element | nodachi user

He's an orphan who became a samurai at young age. He was found by the Mouri clan at age 10 and he serves as main guardian/bodyguard of Mouri Motonari, but most of the time he disobeys his daimyo since then.

Akumu also enjoys being a gardener on his free time. His main element is ice and he's capable of transform his sword into a icy one!

Most of the time Akumu escapes from his duties to meet other people from different clans nearby, Motonari takes it as advantage and that's why he keeps Akumu alive and around his clan...

He's also very close to Gotou Matabei, Akumu cares about him a lot and really admires him; also loves to following him around. At first, Matabei used to feel annoyed with him around until he got comfortable, developing a close bond to each other! (even making Matabei really overprotective over Akumu at times...)
