HARUSAIYO Global Rules

• DESIGN TOS •

• Do not resell my designs for more than they are worth. You can resell a character for how much was spent on it. This includes commission art, but not trades. (not the worth of a character you traded for it or how much my commission prices are) This includes characters with the permissions "cannot be resold."

• Do not delete my designs off Toyhou.se.

• ASK before making my designs a part of any (closed/open) species.

• DO NOT edit over/trace my art/designs without permission.

• Do not make a different character with the exact same outfit as one of my designs, regardless if you own the character or not.

• Please do not redesign/edit any of my designs to be a different skin color if they already have a designated ethnicity/culture (ex. asian -> any non-asian tone unless mixed).

• Do not give people on my blacklist ANY of my designs. Doing so will result in being blacklisted yourself. By trading, you agree that you have seen this TOS.

Extended info can be found on the blacklist tab here. DNI if you are/support any of the people below. Do not alt evade. Do not harass these individuals either.

• vampireboyefriend / etc. - Drama/character theft/harassment.
