General idea notes:
- One of the misc royals of Valenica, one of Aug's cousins probably.
- Rlly just wanted to do a design of what a higher-up royal spine-cat looks like (almost as highly royal as Aug + immediate royal family)
- Has a lazy eye (right eye).
- Studious and elegant with a secret bubbly/adventerous side to her. Softspoken, but when chooses to speak is snippy and straight to the point. Also loves to gossip even tho she asserts that she doesn't LOL. (personality subject to change if I ever have a plot use for her)
- Her direct family-clan, Uren, has a tradition of having names in the Ancient tongue (a popular trad among other royal clans/families). Her name, Vuujya, translates into Moon-Flower.
