Ownership, Rights, and Permissions

Purchases are non-refundable once the sketch stage is approved by the buyer unless I am unable to complete the commission. Final artwork will be  delivered only after the invoice is paid in full. 

Anything I create that is sold, traded, or gifted by me or second-hand is for non-commercial use only.  Any uses that could or do result in profit in real or virtual  currencies are prohibited. Commercial use can be negotiated in some cases.

Credit must be given to Coelacanis wherever my  original artwork is re-posted to websites or social media accounts. The buyer or any future second-hand owner of the design/image may not claim they created the artwork.

My artwork must not be purposefully included in AI or machine learning datasets or made into NFTs.

I do not enforce rules on trading my designs, but my commission prices are subject to change with second-hand demand. 

I have the right to refuse sales or trades to anyone for any reason.
