Corona

Bio: 

A young witch-wannabe! She has a passion for witchcraft, Corona owns many many books on said topic; her favorite is potion making. You may find vials upon vials of colourful liquid all across her room. 

Corona is actually very knowledgeable and skillful in her area of interest, unfortunately, she does not have an ounce of ability to control any sort of magic, therefore none of her spells or potion ever works. (though that doesn't stop the young fanatic from trying again and again)  

Frequently visits 17c and complains about her school life and yet another gross-tasting, not-so-sleepy sleeping potion.
