Claim the artwork as drawn by yourself
Claim the species design as your own
(You can use the one-off design to create a species in personal works/stories/comics/etc, but you CANNOT sell designs based on the design you purchase)
Sell the design for more than you purchased it for, UNLESS you add value with additional art.
