Design Terms of Use
Do not resell for more than what you purchased them for without adding value (art, literature, etc.)
PLEASE READ
TRADE/SALE TOS:
1. Do NOT sell, trade, or gift any of my designs to anyone on my Hard Blacklist. If found doing so, you will be put on a watchlist and prohibited from owning any more of my designs.
2. Do not resell for more than you got them without adding art to them.
3. If traded for ocs with higher value, you may not add that character's value to this one's worth.
4. Gifting the character does not add value to their worth.
5. Not necessary but if looking to resell or trade, please @ me as I may be interested in taking them back.
USE TOS:
1. DO NOT USE FOR NSFW IF FERAL OR MARKED AS CHILDREN/MINORS. I will hunt you down and beat you with a stick.
2. NONE of my designs can be used to portray hateful or bigoted imagery, messages, or propaganda.
3. Making (hypo)children of my designs is fine and you are free to color-pick the parent if needed as long as the child is not a carbon copy of the parent.
DESIGN TOS:
1. You are free to make minor changes when redesigning but please inform me if you intend to overhaul the entire thing. Make sure to credit me for the original design.
