Created by german scientists to serve as a supersoldier in WW2. He lost many, many brothers to the harshness of war, and learned to tune out his emotions pretty quickly. His body is sustained by what's essentially a chemical soup that only he and his remaining "brother" know how to make. If he doesn't have a steady supply of it, he will progressively lose his humanity, regress into a mindless beast, and die. His military coat is from this time in his life, and he wears it now to remind him of his roots, and of the brothers he lost back then. As a result, it's a very old and somewhat beat-up coat.

His food sources are blood and flesh. He can eat other foods, he just gains little to no nutritional value from them.

Generally pretty straight-faced. 

He likes morbid humour.
