Sergeant Cooper

Good Cop / Bad Cop… Mostly Just Bad Cop:
"A party cruise full of passengers disappeared between the waves one  stormy Halloween! Now all of its passengers have become Marighouls,   still dressed in the costumes they wore the night of their death!"

Cooper was on board the Halloween cruise ship that got caught in a storm.  When he awoke his memory was blank. He looked down at his uniform and realized he must be a cop. The name on his uniform said Cooper so he asumed that must be him. Although he's not actually a cop and has no intrest in being one, he does enjoy the power the uniform gives him and finds it quite funny sneaking up on others that are misbehaving just to scare them off.
