BY READING THIS AND BUYING MY DESIGN OR COMMISSIONING MY ART YOU ARE CONFIRMING TO FOLLOW MY TOS AND RULES

ANY BREAKING OF THESE RULES WILL LEAD TO A BLACKLIST

DESIGN SPESIFIC TOS

▸ do not apply your own selling rules to my designs

▸ My designs is for personal use only
Commerical use can be bought but is to be discussed with stjernsken personally! 

▸ Free designs ( designs you've been gifted either by me or other people )
can only be gifted away unless value is added via commissions on personal art

▸ the designs may not be sold for crypto currency or online currency such as dA points / amino coins / robux etc

▸ If a design is gifted or traded they are void of all value, value can only be added with Commissioned work & and personal art as long as the personal art is not used to spiral the designs value

▸ Edits to my designs ( not my artwork ) is okay as long as they read as the same design.
This said you are also allowed to turn my designs into a closed species as long as you get stjernsken 's consent and permission! 

▸ you are NOT allowed to edit my art without stjernsken 's  consent and permission

▸I don't want my designs to be owned by people who don't wish to associate with me. AKA if you block me, please try to trade or sell my designs away. 

▸ Please do not delete the designs original profile, hiding it or privating it is fine! 

▸ Co-owning the designs is okay as long as you get the approval from stjernsken before hand!
