- You're fully welcome to gift, trade, or resell! If the new owner is not on Toyhou.se, please keep me informed. If the character is on Toyhou.se, it must STAY on Toyhou.se. If you sold it to someone who doesn't have a Toyhou.se, I can offer the buyer a code to make a Toyhou.se profile, OR you can keep the characters Toyhou.se up, state it's sold, and link the new owner in the description.

- PLEASE do not delete a design of mine from Toyhou.se, you will be blacklisted from my adopts/commissions if I catch you.

- Both major and minor edits are fully up to you once you've purchased the design and have been transferred to you. Feel free to redesign freely, as long as ALL redesigns stay together. Don't clone adopts or split redesigns from their original forms in order to trade/resell one.

- Do NOT edit my original art and must credit my art when posted elsewhere.

- No commercial use.

- You may only resell designs for the price you put toward the design (i.e. original price, commissions, and/or trade value). Things that do NOT add worth are things you got for free; gifts, requests, prizes, etc.

- Don't tokenize or make my art into an NFT (nonfungible token) This includes any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

- My designs may not be used for any depictions of hate speech. Misuse of designs will be grounds for being blocked and blacklisted.

- I reserve the right to decline any bid/offer due to any personal reason I see fit.
