Quirk: anything that the person touches becomes frozen in time. This includes people,object's etc. These things can only be frozen for a certain amount of time before th person starts to feel light headed. Things canbe unfrozen when the person touches the said things again.

Quirk drawback: the user will feel light headed after using their quirk to many times/for to long. The user would start to randomly freeze and unfreeze while doing normal things. This would only stop after the user "recharges"/ is able to use their qurik to their full extent.
