TBN NIght Vale OC

Design notes: She has one arm made of branches and the other is made up of a void/night sky like tendril. At the end of her arm is a glowing halo of light surronding something like a black hole. One leg is made from the same void and ends in smoke while the other is made up of thorns. She only has one real eye that is fully magenta. She has a glowing eye tattoo on her forehead. She speaks in static; her mouth will sometimes show this static, other times it just glows.
