From his physical appearance, Arvin can give a rather intimidating and unapproachable impression, though in reality he is someone who has a friendly, loud and bombastic personality. Can be described as friendly and outgoing with a good sense of humour although may act somewhat bashful due to his insecure nature and a bit inattentive at times. He still has a more serious side to him however, which is shown whenever necessary [mainly his job]. Arvin is a pretty sensitive guy, especially when it comes to people he cares deeply about. Can be brought to tears quite easily depending on the circumstances – but overall his emotions are pretty heightened.
Initially he was rather distant with people and avoided making friends for a period of time due to trauma, thus making his trust hard to gain. Despite this, he tends to click with people pretty quickly and can become really attached to people, almost clingy towards them. He’s protective of people and would even risk his life for them without hesitation as he values others more than himself. Overall he is a very selfless airhead who is a little insecure.
Arvin’s parents moved from the Philippines when he was very young, so he more or less spent the majority of his life living in America. However, his parents eventually broke up and his mother dipped. After that, life seemed to go downhill for Arvin. In order to scrape by, he ended up involved in gang activity which eventually caught the attention of a particular Mafia family.
Probably his closest friend - despite their contrasting personalities, they work together very well and have been paired up in multiple missions/tasks together. Basically they keep one another in check, ensuring the other doesn't go too far and what not. Aside that, they live pretty domestically together.
Unsettled and intimidating, especially after a particular event. Can't say he likes Alexander at all, but he did provide him with work with good pay - and as long as Flynn stays so will Arvin.
