Design Terms of Use
- Credit for the design itself must always be to me Orbies. Do not claim it as your own. Bases used must always be credited to the respective artist(s). If unsure, DM me.
- Once purchased you are free to do what you like. Gender, species, etc can be changed.
- The design itself may be modified as long as it still resembles the original.
- Please do not resell a design for more than you paid for unless additional art has been added OR you have spoken to me first. Flipping my adopts is prohibited.
- Adopts bought from me are not permitted to be made into public or exclusive IMVU sets. Adopts made into public or exclusive furs are not permitted to be sold.
- CO-owning is not permitted for my designs.
- My designs must stay on TH. If you hide it, authorize me.
- No refunds! Once payment has been made that's it No refunds
BLACKLIST
anyone listed IS NOT PERMITTED to own ANY of my designs. If found to be purchasing for them, you will also be blocked and added.

Failure to follow these terms will result in the adopt/design/oc to be revoked without refund.
