TOS summary

Usually you(owner) have the right to use the character in almost anything ( name/gender/plot,redesign or small edit on my art,commissions sfw or nsfw; I dont mind what kind of NSFW as long dont show it to me without warning) Just nothing of hate others besides being legal when it comes to selling/trade  (between commissions and finished art,dont exploit the art worth value). adding if there a use on commercial field as V-tubers you should note me about it.

once I(designer) sell a character I am not able to control/revoke/among others the design.

only if I get it from formal trade/resale from the actual owner.

this apply to anything I make: one-off,species etc.

If you have me blocked or issues with me (my attitude/way of thinking / etc) and you have a design from me (just for blame/hate ect), I prefer that you do not own it and trade/sale them (I wont never revoke) just dont try to get more designs from me or uncredit/hide the character

Term and condition character design

Please read this entirely and carefully.

By purchasing my designs or design services, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.

Whenever "you", "your", "yours", "owner" is used, it is referring to the design owner or potential owner

• owner is the person who bought the design OR someone else bought the design and has specifically given it to the person OR whoever was the latest owner has traded or resold to the person.
• Whenever "official design art " is used, it is referring to the design art that me had made, not any additional art made by owner or art commissioned by owner, or art gifted to owner.
• This document is organized into rights specific to the Designer and rights specific to the Owner.

Owner

• You cannot claim to have created the official design art nor the design.
• You may resell the design but not over the amount you had paid for without any additions as commission/art/items.
• ONLY Resell higher if come addition all commission art with proof(Recomendation to have a track somwhere;stash,imgur,TH tracker or drive etc) 
• if you made finished art by you can justify an added value with your current commission as a *worth* on prices but not use this as an excuse to take advantage of a possible sale. exploiting this rule will send you to the blacklist without any possible future changes. (samples: just quick sketchs, adding value as your actual finish art piece or detalied sketchs prices) 
• If you want to sell a character, notify me in advance to verify its value and for help to a resale/trade(optional)
• The character that get GIF-Art/Fan-Arts usually art by others by FREE/Gif do not update their price for resale.(dont take advantage of others)
• Art trade or offer characters/money etc for get art of the oc in question add a value (need added proof) only if you personal spend time/cash on that offered character.
• You may trade the design, but from that trade forward that design is no longer resell-able if doesn’t have any additional commission art or Quality finish art but still have the original value ( Can trade for a design/item etc that have same/similar or less value; sample trade a 100$ oc for a 80$oc+art etc)
• vouchers are allowed, the next owner that did the voucher(if money) would be allowed to resale it as the price of the voucher (if have the proof) or ask for trade get a item/character with a similar valor.
• You may use the design and official design art for personal/private purposes such as role-playing, world-building, writing, and/or non-profit creative projects specific credit to me
• You cannot use the design or the official design art in any commercial work if doesn’t pay for it which is the x2 of original value design

Designer

• I retain all Intellectual Property copyrights to the official design art and design.
• I do not have the right to use the design for personal or commercial creative projects or work unless I trade/buy the design back to myself.
• I do not have the right to duplicate resale or replicate the same design or reuse the artwork did for someone else
• I do not accept Imitate/mimic someone else style if are a freelance artist only from famous medias animes/movies/series and just certain traits(no kinks character) 
• I don’t accept use characters made by freelancer artist as references for make custom characters. only if want simple traits(please point it out) as accessories or themes
• Preference on real photos for references on clothes, traits, and themes.
• If the character doesn’t have TH one create it and credit me as DESIGNER not creator only
• co-ownership are not accepted due to duplication of Toyhouse only in exceptional cases but in general this request will moslty to decline if the character is alredy created by me as 1 single character
• I may consider if both user have the same TH ( 2 user running/using 1 Toyhouse) or me creating the character as 2 separted designs (twins etc themes) since the beging

If you own any of my designs you can offer them to me to get art in exchange with a similar worth of my actual commissions(single or mutiples) but not a custom character
