If free art is added, the value does not increase and therefore should not be sold for higher.
Redesigns + Species change permitted, as long as the core design details + colours remain.
Not to be bought and resold purely for profit.

Any character designs that belong to me are most likely aren't going to be sold or traded.
If you own a design that I have made for you, you can only resell it for the price I sold you it for. (in game currency or real life currency only depending on what you bought it for. no exchanges in terms of currency.)
Or if I have made you a free design, you can only trade or gift that design. No selling allowed.
