He has the form of a "ghost" and was assigned the role of guarding the liminal realm to keep the residents from escaping. He also is in charge of knowing who belongs there and letting in newcomers that are meant to stay. He's got a wonky attitude and doesn't necessarily come off as intimidating or scary, in fact he's pretty polite and respectful to everyone he meets. But he definitely knows he's got a very important job to do 24/7 and doesn't like getting distracted. He never really gets mad though, he's really laidback.
