Lily

A gullible, sweet, shy, and gorgeous young woman whom happens to also be a dragon.
In her human like form she retains her tail (though to a much smaller size) and some of her scaling, is dark skinned, dark haired, petite, has dark but striking eyes of which is disproportional to her body. She has the diet of a mostly vegitarian animal and in her dragon form especially she has a slow metabolism.

Her dragon form is resembles a very large fish. The head is a dark brown with long sensitive whiskers protruding from her lower lip. Her body is covered in brownish brown scales shimmers gold, amber, copper, and green. Though spending her time in calm waters she can fly in an albeit clumsy inefficient way.
She can fly through the sky by using a rapid and violent swimming motion for a short while. While flying she is very fast, she has to be or else she will stall and fall.

In her dragon form she can erupt large legs and arms and can stand and walk bipedly though hunched. Her arms take the place of her pectoral fin in this form.
