NAME: Miirithrae (nicknamed Mithral by human friends)

PRONOUNS: e/em/eir

AGE: mid-50s | young adult (think late 20s-ish)

SPECIES: silver dragon wermling

OCCUPATION: bike shop employee + metalworker

Mithral was born to a reclusive, traditional clan of dragons and spent eir formative years dreaming of the day e turned twenty-five; as per the clan's rite of passage, a dragon of this age would embark on their first flight alone, spending a few days journeying beyond the territory of their lair. Eir childhood passed by without incident until the day e left for that journey; a group of werms happened upon the young dragon, fast asleep in a junkyard where the werms had made their temporary home, and subsequently bonded with em.

It took quite a while for Mithral to come to terms with eir new companions, and even longer to make peace with them- e made a tough and turbulent journey to the nearest human population, afraid to show eir face at home. Thanks to the help and hospitality of a local town, e was able to get back on eir feet and began to study machinery. Currently, Mithral resides in that same town, working in bike repair and offering metalworking services for hire- it will be many years before e decides to make the journey back home, but e's learned to live and work with eir werms instead of fighting against them. E has a complicated relationship with them.
