Keaira "Singularity" Notobasis

Keaira Notobasis is not your regular, good intentionned Warrior of Light. She wishes to be the biggest and strongest villain alive, therefore, she will annihilate all other villains to reach that spot. In Shadowrun, she is a menace and a pain in the ass. However, she is a very powerful Technomancer or Black Mage, depending on the universe you find her in. Might have a soft spot somewhere in there.
