Diamante is Kozaiku's lover and it pains him to even admit that. The trickster czylph managed to win his heart many ages ago and to this day Diamante can't seem to shake him off- no matter how many times his heart is broken. Kozaiku often seems only interested in his wealth but plies Diamante with relentless praise and attention. It may seem like when the two are around each other, Diamante can do nothing but scowl and snarl in anger/annoyance but deep down he still truly does love Kozaiku and is reminded when they are alone together, fingers entwined and lips interlocked. But the spell is broken again when he awakes to an empty bed and Kozaiku has made off with most of his jewels.
