Cerberus

Second to join Louis' group and unfazed by basically everything. The group found Cerberus during an investigation at a pier. They saved him from blackmarket fisherman and asked if he wanted to join. Being a deepsea merman gave more advantages than they could hope for. He's usually quiet but will occasionally give unsettling ideas and advice that are common for merfolk. His sunglasses help hide when his eyes will glow while in his human form.
