An employee at the ever elusive Pandora Industries. He was drawn to its interesting purpose, figured it his fate to work alongside them.
After all, perhaps they were working to discover and control the forces of something truly unorthodox, to protect people and maybe use good innovation.

He was on board for that, until he quickly figured out that was not the case at all.
In fact, the actions and experiments were questionable at best and downright unethical to human morale at worst.
Being bound by contract, he knows he can't simply back out, but he doesn't need to.
Now with this revelation he's aware that what he is set out to analyze was not the experiments, but the lab itself.

He has no interest in these pointless and cruel experiments, and in such wrong hands with greater threats to harness, this lab simply cannot stand.
He is motivated to gather what he can, while subtly sabotaging from the inside.
Not to mention, some well-needed human decency for those poor souls trapped within.

He hasn't gone deep enough yet, he's yet to discover for himself the more hidden secrets of the lab.
Though if he does, I wonder if it'll be too late.
